We do personal shopping at Sanrio, Rilakkuma, and other possible stores in our area.
Payments and Fees
Shopping
Basically, we charge 20USD to pen a date for personal shopping for 20 minutes plus 10% of total purchase.
Store Pickup
15USD minimum for shopping fee or 10% of total purchase whichever is higher.
Handling Fees
Handling fees to be calculated later during surface shipping, which starts from 10-15USD per box or higher depending on how big your box will be. Feel free to ask questions and we will try our best to reply asap.
Please note:
- You just DM us your orders and if available, we will purchase them for you. We charge per transaction per store. Say you buy from Sanrio and San x, that’s counted as 2 shopping fees. Basically, its 15USD or 10% of the total purchase whichever is higher for shopping fee. So please send all your items in one go to not be billed shopping fee twice in one store. Thank you.
- We accept PayPal only and 4.6% PayPal fees if paying as goods and services shall be added to the total amount.
- For items that are limited 1 per transaction. Like plush and mascots at some stores. Fees will be as follows: Booking fee 20usd *may be waived if purchasing more than 3 transactions. Terms and conditions apply.
- 15USD minimum fee per transaction or 10% whichever is higher.
- We do not guarantee if we can order all your items.
Disclaimer
Please note that we only keep your orders for a week free of charge. Afterwards, we charge 10USD per box per week if you choose not to ship your box yet.
For International orders: Import duties and taxes are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost and it will be collected upon delivery from the carriers for certain packages. These charges are the recipient’s responsibility as we are only charging for the transportation fee for the packages. You may want to check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional fees will be.
